The Washington Redskins announced Thursday that their rookie quarterback, Robert Griffin III, has been named the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Month for September. This strikes me as something of a no-brainer selection, as his closest competition likely came from his own running back, Alfred Morris, or Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, who only played three games and doesn't have the stats to hang with RG3 at this point.
